The business plan was developed and focused to identify market

opportunities, growth prospects, business reengineering, cost reductions,

market opportunities, and 5-year financial proforma. Project included

identifying, soliciting, presenting and evaluating capital venture and

equity partnership support as well as legal structuring of the new

company. Pledge capital obtained, however, acquisition awarded to

another enterprise.

Kamtz Companies, Loveland, CO (May 2007 - Feb 2009)

European custom cabinetry manufacturer for very high-end residential and

commercial projects.

President

Structured asset purchase agreement, negotiated, and settled the

acquisition of the private company. Strategic planning and sales

development with local contractors. Created agreements for retail outlets

and distribution centers. Led manufacturing operations and cost reduction

projects.
