identifying, soliciting, presenting and evaluating capital venture and
equity partnership support as well as legal structuring of the new
company. Pledge capital obtained, however, acquisition awarded to
another enterprise.

European custom cabinetry manufacturer for very high-end residential and
commercial projects.

Structured asset purchase agreement, negotiated, and settled the
