Provide technical support and problem resolution to end users in an Active
Directory Windows OS / Macintosh / UNIX / LINUX
environment. Duties include network troubleshooting, perform daily
backups, client workstation installations, server upgrades
and technical documentation. In addition, other duties include performing
routine maintenance of network servers and clients. Stood
up 5 virtual servers using VMWARE for cost saving measures. Installed ESXi
Virtual Server for customer for proof of concept for
another Xerox group again for cost saving measures. Developed and maintain

Advanced Systems Engineer at Xerox Business Services, provided technical

40 of Xerox's Business Centers throughout the United States. Responsible
for team workload including project assignments, team process refinement,
and backup to the IM Manager. Provide technical support for pc operations
systems. Was in charge of research and purchase of new hardware for entire

1991-1995 Eastman Kodak Credit Corporation (EKCC) Rochester, NY

Supervised the Management Reporting Facility. EKCC provided numerous
reports to all departments within EKCC as well as
all KODAK district leasing managers. With the acquisition of EKCC by
General Electric, I was involved in all Management
Reporting being converted to another system. Solely responsible for the
Accounts Payable System providing new
development (currently automation of the processing of the data feed
received daily from Kodak Office) and ongoing
maintenance as needed. Provided technical support/training to another
Systems Analyst who is now supporting all
development/maintenance for the Portfolio Department of EKCC.
1990-1991 J.T.S. Computer Services, Inc. Rochester, NY [Systems Consultant]
As Systems Consultant at Paychex, developed modules using C and Oracle in a
Unix environment on HP hardware to satisfy various reporting requirements
of State Tax agencies. Some of the development required laser printer form
generation. All development included documentation, pseudo-code,
structured walkthroughs, and certification testing.
1989-1990 Banker's Trust Company New York City, NY [Senior
Programmer/Analyst]
As Senior Programmer/Analyst was responsible for automating the Trade
Reimbursement system among member banks.
Performed specification preparation, program design and coding using C
language. To develop an effective system,
information was gathered from the cable entry switch computer and automatic
mapping sources into the money transfer
system for clearance.
1988-1989 Suburban Propane Whippany, NJ [Project Manager]
As Project Manager, supervised and coordinated the development and
implementation of the District Network System as well
as its documentation. Managed a staff of three programmer analysts and one
consultant. Implementation of accounts
receivable package and the development of customized modules. Supervised
the analysis and programming of the complete
system.. Systems management duties included interfacing with the district
mainframe programming functions, providing
technical backup to the director of the district system, reviewing and
