MAK's founder, controlling multiple portfolio companies primarily in luxury

industries like private aviation, lifestyle, consumer products and

winemaking. MAK is a full service law firm with over $60MM in annual

settlements; the largest residential construction defect plaintiffs' firm

in Calif.

Chief Financial Officer (Nov '04 to Present)

Own and control the entire financial environment of Avacus, MAK and the

portfolio companies, encompassing acquisitions and divestitures,

financial reporting and analysis, banking relationships, accounting,

budgeting, treasury, financial statement audits, tax planning and return

entertainment content and the creator of GSN. GSN is a $100MM, nationally

distributed cable television network, now jointly owned by SPE and Liberty

Media Corporation.

'04)

Assembled and directed state-of-the-art accounting and financial

reporting organization to effectively and efficiently manage company's

rapid growth and increasing complexity.
