deadlines. Superintendent/Onsite Project Manager on two large complex

theater projects and Superintendent on various complicated retail and

restaurant projects. The theaters were the first in California to use

Insulated Concrete Forms as a major component in 44-foot tall

commercial buildings. Combined a cohesive strategic plan with constant

proactive communication to all project team members to resolve

continuous job site issues created by this cutting edge technology. At

the conclusion of the first theater the vice president of the theater

company awarded me a five-figure bonus for outstanding achievement and

stated "We never would have opened the project on time if you weren't

full bonus every year for exceptional work.

effective projects. Onsite Construction Manager on Best Buy's 726,000

square foot $42,000,000 Dublin, Georgia distribution center. After the

project was completed Best Buy had me fly to their corporate

headquarters in Minnesota to be presented with an award, "In

Recognition of Outstanding Contribution" for finishing the Georgia

distribution center in record time and with the least amount of extras

ever on a Best Buy distribution center.
