( Became the first dealmaker in the country to procure a dinner

theater venue (Medieval Times Dinner Theater) as an anchor

tenant within an enclosed mall. 1st: Arundel Maryland

(Arundel Mills) and 2nd:Atlanta, Georgia. (Discover Mills)

( Managed and lead the preleasing efforts for two new centers

from the ground up totaling 3,000,000 square feet.

( Successfully implemented creative leasing initiatives and

strategies on all new and existing developments for the

leasing team. Increased occupancy levels to more than ninety

three percent (93%) for entire portfolio.

( Took top honors for "Top Deal Maker" for two straight

project development for the companies twenty-six thousand acre

(26,000) land portfolio. Managed the leasing efforts and management of

approximately 3,000,000 square feet of retail and office space within

the Myrtle Beach market area. Managed and leased the award winning

festive entertainment center: "Broadway at the Beach".
