Dear Human Resources,
My strengths include being detail oriented and maintaining strong
organizational skills. I am also highly effective in both written and
verbal communications. I have continuously been recognized for my ability
to interact effectively with my co-workers, the public and lead large
groups. I enjoy opportunities which allow me to take on new responsibility
as well as contribute to the company's overall success.
My professional experience includes work at Dell, Chrysler and Raytheon.
While at Dell, I worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst; my
responsibilities included developing and implementing each step of the
summer intern program for approximately 300 interns. I was also responsible
for organizing and leading the interview process and orientation of all
college hires for functional organizations across the company.
My Human Resources Generalist position at Chrysler provided the opportunity
to work in a union environment with hourly and salary employees.
Responsibilities included conducting interviews, notifying employees of
employment changes, training and coaching employees to use company kiosk
machines as well as answering employee payroll and benefit questions.
My most recent experience was at Raytheon Missile Systems in Supply Chain,
as a Production Control Planner. In this position I worked closely with
Management, Engineers, Quality and Logistics as the primary Supply Chain
Management point of contact for the specified program area. In addition to
the daily Planner responsibilities, I also volunteered to lead monthly
continuous learning team meetings as well as participated as a board member
on the Career Development Board for YESnet and the EKV Morale team.
Enclosed you will find my resume which provides additional details
regarding my experience and qualifications. Thank you for your time and
consideration, I look forward to hearing from you.

Recognition Letter from 2010 Raytheon Co-Worker
Dear Human Resources,
This letter is my personal recommendation for Lindsay Hunt. Until just
recently, I have worked closely with Lindsay. I found her to be
consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and a
smile.
Besides being a joy to work with, Lindsay is a self-motivating person who
learns her job and performs exceptionally well in all that she is asked to
do. She goes above and beyond to learn other skills to not only help with
her current assignments, but to be of great worth with future
tasks/conflicts that may arise.
Though she was an asset to our team, Lindsay was also extraordinarily
helpful with other teams. She quickly learned the demands of others,
working weekends when necessary, to be an efficient resource as a problem
solver. Everyone she comes in contact with soon falls in love with her and
her ability to be of assistance. She is an outstanding people person.
I highly recommend Lindsay for employment. She is a team player and would
make a great asset to any organization. She will be successful at anything
she does.
Sincerely,
Senior Manufacturing Engineer II, Raytheon Missile Systems
Recognition Letter from 2010 Raytheon Co-Worker
Dear Human Resources,
I had the pleasure of working with Lindsay Hunt during her employment at
Raytheon Missile Systems. I am the Test Director for the Exo-Atmospheric
Kill Vehicle Sensor Radiometric Calibration team, and I worked directly
with Lindsay on a daily basis. Her most impressive asset was her ability
to become fluent in her required duties in a short amount of time. She was
able to get over the "learning curve" extremely fast, which paid instant
dividends. Her accountability and personal ownership of all assigned tasks
directly led to the team producing superior quality products while meeting
scheduled delivery dates.
Her positive attitude, technical proficiency, tactful proficiency, and work
ethic will make her an immediate asset to her next employer.
Respectfully,
EKV RADCAL Test Director, Raytheon Missile Systems
Recognition Letter from 2008 Chrysler Co-Worker
Dear Todd, (former supervisor)
I just wanted to drop you a line to again thank you for your help in
generating the backlog of Tardies for the attendance program.
Specifically, I want to pay kudos to Ms. Lindsay Hunt who played a major
role in addressing these issues with me. She cheerfully took on the
responsibility, and quickly delivered the needed results. Her assistance
and support were greatly appreciated. In a nutshell, she makes a
difference in a very positive way and I appreciate working with her on the
team.
Kind Regards,

Recognition Letter from 2007 Dell Co-Worker
Dear Lindsay,
We just had our event Monday night and it was a huge success. I wanted to
pass along my deepest thanks for the assistance you gave me at the
beginning of the process. We had ~135 visitors from 13 different countries
representing 59 universities and 14 corporations. Trying to get all these
people through the factory tours and over to dinner in PS2 after hours was
definitely a logistical challenge. Since I don't normally do this, I was
starting from ground zero in trying to make arrangements. The
recommendations you made really helped me get a good start and saved a lot
of time. Amy was great to work with - the food was perfect; we even had
some of the same servers who remembered you! The conference rooms worked
out great - knowing that you had had success with those rooms really put my
mind at ease. No matter when I contacted you or how many questions I had,
you always promptly responded. It was great to have a resource to turn
to. I know you are very busy and I really appreciate you taking out so
much of your time to help me with this.
We had so many compliments that evening and the next day at UT on how great
it all went. You really made a difference in showcasing the best of Dell!
Thanks again for all your help!

Recognition Letters from 2007 Dell Interns
Dear Lindsay,
I am an intern in PG/IT at DELL. As you know, today is my last day of my
summer internship. I would like to thank you for managing and helping us
during the internship period. You have put forth so much effort to improve
the program. I really appreciate you. This summer was special for me;
living in a good apartment, meeting professionals, experiencing DELL
culture, participating in intern events, and doing the intern project. This
experience makes DELL different from other companies.
Once again, thank you!
Graduate Student at Texas A&M University
Dear Lindsay,
Thank you so much for an absolutely incredible summer of events! I
thought the internship at Dell would be a ton of fun going in, but it has
by far surpassed any and all expectations - I had a fantastic time!
Thank you again for making this such a great summer!
MBA Intern, E&A
Dear Lindsay,
This internship was truly superior to other internship experiences I've
had. Everything was well coordinated, and it was obvious that a lot of
effort went into adding to the experience of the intern and helping us gain
knowledge of several aspects of the business. You did a great job in
planning really fun activities for us, leading up to a very enjoyable
internship.
Thank you,
Undergraduate Summer Intern 2007
