The classroom training was for the Software Testing in the Real World
course. This training was specifically designed for quality assurance and
testing staff, system users and programmers with testing responsibility.
For the online training project, I converted existing PowerPoint slides to
a WBT. The client of this project wanted to train learners at every level
in their organization on the fundamentals of eLearning. This course focused

the newly hired Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) of their Retail
Banking division. The purpose of the training was to provide comprehensive

I was involved in developing both classroom and online training solutions.
The instructor-led training was for a leading financial consultant. Their
prestigious Online Trading System web portal enables customers to perform
financial transactions from an integrated environment.
The Web-based tutorials were for training nurses on Ventilator-Associated
Pneumonia (VAP) and Pregnancy and Early Child Development. Scenario-based
learning used in these tutorials heightened the relevance of the content
and helped learners to apply the concepts in their day to day work.
I also created an online training for the Microsoft Excel 2003 course. For
this course, RoboDemo 5 was used to capture screen shots and create
interactive lessons or movies by adding images, captions, rollovers,
