Objective

compliance with EO 13360 and PL 109-461. The National Cemetery
Administration (NCA) has earned awards for meeting 5 out of 7 socio-
economic goals in the last three years. Most recently, the NCA has
reached and exceeded its socio-economic goals in all categories for the
first time since the socio-economic goals were measured for NCA.
. Developed a template for the Special Provisions and Contract Procedures
for Architectural Engineering (AE) contracts for use with the new eCMS
(electronic Contract Management Software) system utilized by all contract
specialists in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery
Administration.
