. Managed a $120K industrial project from initial design,
estimating, specification review, and vendor selection
through delivery, working with international vendors and
customs brokers to import equipment made overseas. Came in on
time and under budget

obtaining cost estimates
. Lead designer, on-site engineer and commissioning engineer
for a $10M+ turn-key industrial project which included:
o Managed 15-20 subcontractors under 4 different companies
o Designed $1.5M Stainless Steel (316L) electrode and
collector system
o Designed layout of $600k piping and instrumentation system
and supported on-site construction
o Plant oversight in twelve-hour shifts during initial
startup
o Inspected 2500 electrodes for tolerances of no more than
1/4"
o Aided in commissioning system to meet customer target of
maximum five day shut down
o Researched, reviewed, and edited company and vendor specs
o Collected, compiled, edited, and organized Operation &
Maintenance manual for system utilizing over 200 separate
pieces of equipment

. Automated company designs in SolidWorks to cut initial design
