Optical Polyurethane-urea Film for Liquid Crystal Displays (2006 - 2010)
Innovations of optical polyurethane-urea film and optically clear
adhesives. (Three US Patents pending.)
. Developed the first 2K polyurethane-urea film by solvent casting
process, and successfully cast the optical film on the production line
of a film manufacturer.
. Synthesized polyurethane prepolymers based on Trivex( resin chemistry
to reduce curing time of the film and extend pot life of dope
solution.
. Investigated a unique process for thickening dope solution.
. Developed a measurement method for investigation of dimensional
stability of the film.

. Adhesive for lamination of polyurethane film and PVA polarizer
