Human Resources
Responsible for full range of key HR functions including: Management of all
hourly and salaried recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and disciplines;
administration of all benefit programs, performance evaluations,
organizational policies, incentive programs, HRIS system and payroll;
compliance programs including AAP, WC, FLSA, FMLA and EHS functions and
all labor relations including disciplines, grievances, supplemental

system utilizing documentation output for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for
role security; development and roll out of course catalog and training
calendar of training offerings; and training for alcohol and random drug
testing program utilizing EAP at corporate and two large manufacturing
locations covering 300 personnel.

. Designed and implemented structured OJT programs for eight HDPE and
PVC manufacturing facilities through collaborative effort to expedite
learning curve and enhance awareness of existing personnel; resulted
