Bangladesh
. Designed and implemented first-year Integrated Sciences curriculum at
a new Liberal Arts university for students of widely varied
backgrounds and English language proficiencies.

and HIV/AIDS) to engage students in learning about genetics,
evolution, disease spread, and microorganisms.
2005-2009, Ph.D. Candidate, Stanford University, Stanford, CA.
. Investigated the role of N-glycosylation on the activity of the Golgi-
resident sulfotransferase enzyme GlcNAc6ST-1 to help further drug
studies.
. Incorporated synthetic sugars containing photoactivatable functional
groups into glycolipids in cells, to enable further glycolipid
studies.
