Lead the Shared Service HR Compliance function for the EI&S Operating
Group. Provide advice and counsel to LOB executives, management and HR
community on a broad range of employee and labor relations issues. Oversee
organization's processes and systems to ensure compliance with policy,
procedure or legal requirements. Responsible for directly managing the
Compliance Center of Excellence.
Key Accomplishments:
. Directly manage Affirmative Action Plans and Programs for 33,000
person organization, which includes annual completion of over 120
plans and liaison to Government Agencies on Compliance Programs.
. Implement the Organization E-verify requirements that resulted in the
successful re-verification of over 20,000 employees.
. Monitor industry developments, trends, and legislation and make
recommendations to Sr. HR management for improvements in human
resource programs, policies, and/or procedures in order to enhance
