My initial position with Rafferty's was as a server and I was promoted to

Managing Partner within six years. I worked as a manager in eight different

units at various levels of management.

As Managing Partner I was responsible for all aspects of running the

restaurant. I had a management staff of 4-6 individuals that I directly

oversaw and each was in turn responsible for their own areas of the

restaurant. I was directly responsible to see that all company standards

and procedures were followed by all staff on a daily basis. I produced a

weekly p&l to the corporate office and wrote the annual budget for my unit.
