development and implementation of new supply chain processes, systems,

were included in supplier selection and supply chain process plans.
Participated in failure analysis activities, drove Corrective Actions when
appropriate, and ensured company requirements were adequately addressed
within the supply base; including potential inventory shortages created as a
result of new business, scrap, or any customer return issue that may have
existed.
Penetrated the supplier's organization to understand the players who can
affect change on pricing, delivery, quality improvement, and other key
functions within the organization.
Developed a supplier audit schedule, prepared audit reports and followed up
on corrective actions. Maintained files of supplier audits and correspondence
