CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS
[pic]
. Recent achievements include having met or exceeded budget for three
years running. I have provided our membership with consistent and
improved food quality and service since day one. I have increased food
and beverage sales volume each year despite the fact that the membership
has declined slightly each year due to the slowed economy. I am very
proud to have assembled and maintained a top notch and professional staff
with minimal turnover. We boast a 99% approval rating on all member
generated comment cards. All of my department heads were recently awarded
performance bonuses based on year-end financial performance. Our budgeted
projection due to the anticipated slowed economy was a net loss of
$54,000. I managed to provide the Club instead a net profit of $108,000.
My personal bonus was approximately 25% of the adjusted net surplus.
