To obtain a challenging and professional position through which I can utilize my experience, as well as

EDUCATION:

I am currently attending University of Phoenix trying to acquire a bachelor’s degree in business

administration. I currently have a 3.8 GPA. I have a high school diploma and look forward to graduate

college next year.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

April 2009- present North Medical Shore Hospital- North Miami

Security Officer Lead- I am in charge of providing safety

and protection to anybody in the hospital. I work with

psychotic patients and insure to maintain each patient

appropriately. Insure that the hospital is well maintained

and making sure there is no hazard nest material in the

facility. Also, provide customer service to our patient and

escorting them out the hospital also, releasing bodies

from the morgue. Also, write all reports.

April 2007 – January 2009 ABB Con-cise – Coral Springs, FL

Web Support/Customer Service - I was assisting eye

doctors over the phone and thru via email on any web

escalating issues that I needed to resolve. I was also

involved in a resolution team to solve special client’s

issues and follow up on accounts. In addition, I assisted

accounting department when they needed help in the

department.

November 2006- May 2007 Linda & Robbins Ass- Hollywood Station

Receptionist/Closing Coordinator- Worked in a new pre-

constructed condominium development, which I had to inspect

clients units and do a walk thru. I had to communicate with the

client and instruct them with pre-closing information. Also,

have to communicate thru via email with lawyer and

appraisers.

August 2003- September 2006 EFunds Prepaid Solutions- Sunrise, FL

Customer Service/ Team Lead– I provided English and

Spanish-speaking customers with resolutions, to inquiries on

accounts thru via phone and email. Provided supervisor

support when needed, troubleshoot problems, resolve disputes,

and provide answer to our clients. In addition I did heavy data

entry and administrative. I also worked with ADP payroll also

Bank of America accounts.

February 2003- August 2003 Beach Ford & Beach Honda- North Miami Beach

Car Sales Representative- Provide detailed information and

service potential customers. Did appraisals to client’s vehicles

to determine trade-in value, test drive and ran credit checks.

Salary was commission.

June 2002- February 2003 Hellmann Company- Doral, FL

Shipping and Receiving- My duties included keeping track of

all goods and merchandise. I also transferred items between

business establishments. I was responsible for all inbound and

outbound shipments. I operated a hand trucks and forklift.

September 2000- June 2002 Wendy’s- Miramar, FL

Cashier/Crew Member- My duties were to take

customer orders, provide customer service, and close down

the facility. Also I helped administrate all of the orders

when needed.

SKILLS: Possess strong communication skills both written and oral. Work well with other.

Proficient programs in Microsoft Word, Excel, and intermediate skill level of

Power Point and Access. I also have developed skills in fast typing, data entry,

and Internet research. I also speak well Spanish and English languages.
