updated M204 database so Terminal Dispatcher could send a driver to pick

2006)
. Responsible for the profit/loss report final process for over 300 field
terminals which included monitoring systems in the mainframe JCL runs,
troubleshooting and ensuring successful runs by monitoring JCL sysouts
with data rolling up to area, district, division and total company.
. Lead the I&E report web design team. -
o Change venue from BM204 to Intranet.
o Partner with IT to ensure historical functionality including
drilling into detail and accounting format.
o Create Excel spreadsheet mock ups of layouts for Web pages
including data map.
o Test pages for functionality and data integrity using SAS, IBM
Basic and Excel.
o Coordinate I&E department testing. Maintain Excel spreadsheet
of errors. Report findings to IT lead.
o As end user, responsible for the line descriptions, column data
type and calculations. This was maintained via text files that
were downloaded, sent to me, edited and returned for loading.

. Maintain integrity of historical data. Terminal level data is summarized
to regional, district, division and total company level. The
summarization was stored in files used for analysis purposes. Upon
closing or realigning any one of these levels, the data had to be
manipulated and restated using a combination of SAS and IBM Basic
programming.
