Unit.

This position supported the Navy's Strategic Systems Program (SSP). SSP
directs the development, production, logistic support, and sustaining
engineering effort of the Navy's Strategic Weapons Systems. This includes
direction of research, development, manufacturing, test, evaluation, and
operational support of the TRIDENT Fleet Ballistic Missile.
My responsibilities within the SSP involved performing capability-based
planning and analysis and leading an engineering group responsible for
analysis and prediction tasks related to the following:

Evaluation of an Advanced Concepts group's solution set and development of

Data Manager - JSF/CVF Integration 10/07-5/08
This position supported the integration efforts between the Joint Strike
Fighter Program (F-35) and the United Kingdom's Aircraft Carrier Alliance
(ACA). The ACA was established to design, build and deliver two future
aircraft carrier vessels (CVF) to the United Kingdom's Royal Navy.
My responsibilities within the JSF/CVF Program included:
. Systems engineering, data management and interface management support
for the JSF/CVF Integration.
. Ensuring that all data delivered from Team JSF to the CVF ACA meets
all agreed to quality, maturity and integrity requirements.
. Management of the JSF CVF Interface Control Process and Technical
Leadership/Quality Control of the interface control document (ICD)
product.
. Design, development & deployment of Data Management, Maturity
Management and Interface Management Processes.
. Development of engineering policy associated with the CVF
Integration Support Task.
. Auditing of process & policy adherence across the JSF Organization and
the development of corrective action plans and process improvements.

This position was in a key Program Management and Systems Engineering
discipline that supported the Joint Strike Fighter (F-35) Program.
My responsibilities within the JSF Program included:
. Working with Integrated Product Team (IPT) leadership to proactively
manage risk, i.e., identify, analyze, assess, filter and mitigate
potential risks or undesirable events, such as, program cost overruns,
delays or prevention in concluding program events, shortfalls in
program performance, non-compliance with contract specifications
requirements, and threats to safety of flight.
. Ensuring adequacy of JSF risk mitigation plans, tracking progress,
identifying problems/solutions, and elevating issues for resolution.
. Facilitating the utilization of Tiered Risk Management processes
across supplier, government, and partner organizations.
. Performing technical planning, system integration, verification and
validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness
analyses for total systems.
. Leading and redesigning Risk Management's rebaseline, a key criteria
for entrance into the Critical Design Review (CDR) phase of the

the development of a quality culture in Aircraft Maintenance,

. Creating and documenting a redesign of Delta's CAS Program. Upon
