leaders to plan and implement prototype, first article and production

build of the GPS Modernized User contract which resulted in the

successful integration of software, hardware and test equipment.

. Created WBS structures, development plans and product requirements and

in improving reliability of product from 60% to 90% yields.

Zealand.

2004 to 2005

Principal Project Manager

Project manager for cross-functional business teams and process improvement

specialist.

Managed $1.5 million dollar cross-functional team to select new supplier,

qualify new material for critical heart valve component and transfer

fabrication to outside supplier, which resulted in 35% material savings.

Also, designed and implemented test equipment for heart valve production

facility.

1998 to 2004

Service and New Product Introduction Project Manager

Managed product releases for global service group.

Implemented the Design Control process procedure for the Tustin facility,

managed multiple new product introductions while conducting training

programs for engineers and managers at remote facility resulting in

utilization of GE system within 3 months of acquisition.

Utilizing GE Healthcare's automated product transfer system, directed the

transfer of $50M Operations department from Tustin to Milwaukee in 3

months, reducing Operations costs by $1M per year and received GE award for
