Manage all Automotive and Military DOD Programs for micro-electronics and

technical issues.

. Successfully negotiated and was awarded 1.2 million dollar funding (GM

research, IFG) for HID development (forward lighting, distributed interior

light and thin lamp) projects.

. Successful HID product development and implementation for Cadillac

clay model, through vehicle validation and export testing approval

GM - "W" Car Vehicle Platform, Detroit, MI - 1985 to 1989

Charter: Launch of new GM vehicle program from ground up (Three car

platforms and three plants).

(i.e., first door module designs).

. Executed major vehicle ("W" Car) launch program in 3 plants in US and

Canada. One of the plants was a Greenfield start-up. Large automation

. Executed GM first doors on, doors off, product module design, and module

assembly. Labor cost savings 25 dollars per vehicle.

. Developed an ultrasonic leak detection method for water and air

intrusion. Received international recognition.
