Dates of Employment - August 1996 to February 1999

. Managed sewing facility in Boonville, Missouri.

. Managed first line supervisors, pattern & marker maker, Q.C., engineering

persons.

. Established the engineering department & re-engineered the sewing units

. Implemented a "Team Based" pay incentive program replacing the individual

brands.
