HUD subsided multifamily housing for the Mental Health Association of Los

Angeles County. Supervised a staff of 16 employees. Duties included

responsibilities. Increased the NOI by increasing rental rates, keeping

expenses, utilities and taxes. Examined, evaluated and developed real
