Projects:
Fauji Akbar Portia Marine Terminals(FAP) :
Designed and implemented a controlling project with HMI MT6070i weintek
using FATEK PLC.The aim of the project was to design an automatic Bagging
Conveyor System with additional features.
Libra Engineering (Keyence300 PLC) :
Designed and implemented a controlling project with HMI weintek 6100i using
Keyence KV300. The aim of the task was to design and control the status of
different breakers, transform key switching also to design event log for
breakers that tells the on and off and operating status (time, date, etc)
of breakers.
Abbott Laboratories (Pakistan) Limited:
Designed and implemented a controlling project with HMI using Siemens
s7-200 PLC, the aim of that project was to display the actual counting of
the
packets(cartons), target values and the efficiencies of different medicines
packaging, as well as I designed different features in that project.
Automatic Switching Control of Gaseous System at GSK Pvt, Ltd. (using FATEK
PLC):
Designed and implemented a controlling project with HMI MT6050i weintek
using FATEK PLC. The aim of the task was to switch the gaseous system on
CNG inlet when SSG pressure falls below the set point and to switch back on
the SSG inlet on recovering of the desired SSG pressure.
Abbott Laboratories (Pakistan) Limited:
Designed and implemented a controlling project with HMI using Siemens s7-
200 PLC, the aim of that project was to display the actual counting of the
packets(cartons), target values and the efficiencies of different medicines
packaging, as well as I designed different features in that project.
Abbott Laboratories (Pakistan) Limited:
. The project was to upgrade Abbott I.M.A machine PLC from S5 to S7-300
siemens technology.
. This includes the panel designing, reprogramming of machine software
and HMI designing, as well as added some new features in the machine.
. We have worked on 58 digital inputs, 28 digital outputs and four analog
outputs. The Analog signals are to control cartoning inverter, blister
inverter, prefeeder and feeder vibrator..
SCADA: Dual PLC based MPI Subnet:
The objective was to design and implement a SCADA system using two PLCs
as RTUs, Multipoint interface subnet as Communication Equipment, and a
Computer as SCADA Computer (MTU) using WinCC V6.0 as SCADA software.
Final Year Project:
Designing Of Battery Charger-Cum-Driver With Enhanced Charging Time for
Karakorum Motors, Karachi.
Worked with Karakoram Motors Pvt. Ltd. on a project of an electronic
charger and Driver for the electric car. The theme of the project is to
charge the battery bank of 72V 100Ah. The existing setup requires 8 hours
charge the battery bank completely. Our design reduces the charging time of
the bank and takes 5 hour to charge the battery bank from 0 to 100%.
