Program manager for multiple processor builds in current production. Responsible for launching

of new products, which require working with the development engineers, the procurement team,

and Engineering change team.

• Led a Kaizen event and improved production by 5% TCO by reorganizing the area,

eliminated unused equipment and streamlining the flow.

• Set up a process that reduced shipping costs an estimated 840K annually by installing the

ship group into the bottom of the empty rack eliminating extra packages.

• Saved over 40k annually by developing the process that consolidated purchased systems

with parts of systems that would have been scrapped.

• Led a manufacturing interlock meeting where team leads brought concerns to engineering

which led to the development of a tool for handling processor blades.
