Supervisor - Manufacturing/Production & Planning/Industrial engineering

Carrier Corporation, Collierville, TN, 2006 - 2007

While at Carrier, I worked diligently to improve the employee, supervisor,

attendance, a 100% efficiency level, and improved quality rating while

having no employee grievances. To achieve this, I routinely insisted on

union officials to attend my meetings as I kept them abreast of developing

conditions. All employees were cross trained as I empowered/required my

direct reports to perform their duties with professionalism. Known as a

respected manager, I was asked to overhaul 2 other departments during my

1.5 yrs of service. Rolled out a supply budget and supply usage procedure

to all section leads resulting a sustained $1000 savings per month. Also, I
