. Operational performance reporting, projections and variance:

contingency legal fees.

> At same organization over three budget years created a $150,000

reserve by slashing Management and General expenses by that amount.

> Created budgets for a $30,000,000 telecommunications start-up; a non-

profit with a $.7 million operating budget as well as a $3 million

renovation/relocation budget; a $1.8 million budget for another non-

profit and budgets from $50,000 to $5,000,000 for over 50 public

Community Development Districts.

> Reduced losses and account discrepancies resulting in $63k+ annual

savings at a second company. At a third organization, accrued $90,000

in operations related cash surpluses.

> Identified and corrected $127,000 in gross accounting errors for an

eight month period in the operating account at a fourth company.
