2003-2005 Wachovia Insurance Services - Atlanta, GA

Senior End User Computing Specialist

Dedicated desktop support technician for 150 Atlanta Insurance Agency

Windows XP end users. Served as a project lead in the Atlanta pilot office

for a dual monitor installation endeavor throughout all of WIS. Maintained

software and hardware inventory; developed, tested and maintained a

business disaster recovery plan. Met regularly with senior management to

discuss ongoing IT needs. Managed third party vendor and warranty

personnel relationships; ordered, imaged and customized the setup of new
