Provide leadership and direction in overseeing ten direct reports.

Create and implement short and long term strategies to maximize the

utilization of available manpower. Utilize exceptional management

proficiencies to analyze daily tasks and duties and develop

long-term solutions. Liaison with Facility directors and building

coordinators for over 250 buildings. Perform gap-analysis on a

continual basis to ensure continual compliance with NFPA, OSHA, New

Selected Accomplishments:

Fiscal Responsibility- By altering our enterprise business model

and changing manpower utilization I was able to successfully bring

our enterprise operations from the red into the black.

Performance Improvement- Provided leadership and change including a

broader scope to many job functions, this enabled us to bring our

annual fire protection systems compliance testing of 250 plus

buildings to a twelve month window, down from a fourteen month

window.
