. McGillicuddy's Grille (North Wildwood, NJ): Acquired, remodeled, and

rebranded local bar and restaurant to speak to tastes of upscale

. S.C. Toland's Restaurant (Plymouth Meeting, PA): Acquired and directed

front- and back-of the house operations for landmark casual restaurant

. Toland's Wheel Pump (Flourtown PA): Structured large-scale renovation

of existing restaurant into two-story operation. Spearheaded design

. O'Hara's Fish House(University of Penn Campus)Bought and restored this

bankrupt site to a medium priced seafood restaurant. Catering to Penn

students and faculty with live entertainment and upscale blended

drinks. First year sales grew to $1,500,000.

. O'Hara's Dining Saloon(University of Penn Campus) This was a bankrupt

facility. Converted the site to an Irish Saloon. Installed a 50 seat

bar and an open kitchen featuring huge deli fare and gourmet burgers.

First year sales grew to $1,600,000.

. Bull' N Barrell, Landmark University of Penn spot. Served 12 draft

beers and open flamed burgers. Marketed to the Penn students with

clever promotions.

. Margarita's Grille(University of Penn campus).Acquired this closed

facility and remodeled and rebranded it to a Mexican Bistro with a

huge following and enjoyed 1st year sales of $1,700,000. Very

profitable unit with gross profits of 18 %.
