Worked for one Mr.Bob Brownely an American consultant in Textile Sector.

Provided high level administrative support to him to meet top manufacturers

of Textile products in Pakistan. Arranged meetings for investment in

Private Sector for modernization of textile mills.

. Reduced company expenses worth more than $ 135,000 during a year by

identifying cost-effective domestic and International Travel

agencies and negotiating with other contracts.

. Successfully coordinated and hosted numerous client seminars,

creating invitations and promotional materials, booking venues and

selecting guest speakers.

1980-87

Served as PSO with Chairman of Fauji Foundation, having more than 8

industrial public limited projects like Cement, Fertilizers, Power Plants,

Food and Vegetable Oil Manufacturing, Shoe production, University of

Management of Sciences and Medical College. The Chairman was a Lt.General

of Army (Retired) as these all companies were owned by retired army

officers of the Country (Foundation)

. Served for most of the Senior Executives at the Head office whereas

the industrial locations are almost more than 50 all over the

country.

. Directed all administrative and project advice of the Chairman,

conducted in-depth business-development research and compiled

results for review of Board of Directors. Arranged all Executive

Worked in USA with Singer Sewing Machine Company as Administrative -cum-PRO

DATABASE & REGISTRATION Authority: 1995-2007

SPECIAL ASSISTANT/GENERAL MANAGER:

Provide administrative support for large set up headed by Minister &

Chairman, National Database & Registration Authority on Federal Level for

successful operation of issuing of new Computerized National I.D Cards to

all nationals of Pakistan and issuance of Machine Readable Passports.

. Oversaw a wide variety of administrative functions, in support of

all Director Generals, Directors handling several projects all over

the country and information management processes. Complied and

analyzed data from all regional offices from monthly reports to

prepare for Chairman review. Developed internal correspondence that

facilitated effective communication and transfer of information

between 8 regional office and Head office.

. Directed day-to-day office operations, providing fundamental

support to the Minister & Chairman and team of foreign consultants.

. Managed local purchases.

. Managed accounts payable, oversaw administrative budget, prepared

expense reports and bank reconciliations of Chairman Directorate.

Worked with Consulting Company as Manager Business Development in

Maryland.Due to Economic Conditions, company gone out of Business.
