Oracle/Retail.net Implementation - This project began in April 2001 and a
"Big Bang" rollout occurred in September 2003. It included a migration of
all POS, Purchasing, Inventory, Incentive Compensation and Service modules
across the enterprise.
. Project lead for all legacy data conversions including Customers,
Inventory SKU's, Inventory On/hand Balances, A/R Balances, Employees,
Service Requests and Sales Orders

. Member of the infrastructure team. Was involved in all phases
including hardware and data network. From the requirements gathering
through to the Installation of a fractional T1 frame-relay network.
Oracle Financials Implementation - Implemented in November of 2000. Again
as IT project lead, I was responsible for all configurations, set-ups,
integration development, end-user training, testing and post go-live
support.

included G/L, A/R, A/P, Purchasing, Inventory, Sales Orders, Service Work
Orders and Customers. 2. Assessing hardware gaps and implementing server
upgrades and additional PC Desktop requirements as necessary. 3. Merging
two 56k existing point-to-point data networks into one.
Corporate Relocation - 1993 - Responsible for the coordination of the
