Component Engineer/Supplier Quality Engineer

Supports the engineering department with component qualification.

Advises Director of global sourcing in technical areas to reduce part costs

and reduce lead times of critical and non-critical components. Implement

testing for passive components, semiconductors, and RF devices for part

substitutions and increase cost savings. Sources and substitutes components

that are direct replacements. Performs testing in accordance to UL and FCC

specifications. Designs, tests and builds test equipment for life testing

of electronic components. Reads and reviews engineering schematics for
