. Work with suppliers to insure tooling is started for new
programs and track tool timing to insure parts are available for
pre-production builds.
. Work with suppliers to make sure they have purchase orders and
tool costs are appropriate. Approve supplier invoices for
payments after part PPAP.
. Perform tooling audits at supplier locations to ensure all
tooling is correct.
. Visit supplier tool shops and suppliers during pre-production
process to insure all tooling requirements are met and processes
are correct.

to products). This is used with the Bosch automated assembly
modules for automated assembly.
