Project Synopsis: SEBILL is a sophisticated billing tool that allows the
User to produce client invoices in a highly automated, efficient and
controlled way. SEBILL is suitable for use in both single and multi-user
environments and be accessed by users from any location. Currently SEBILL
hosts 25 markets and will continue its expansion. SEBILL.NET application
uses .NET technology with flexible functionality to accommodate the near
future requirements and also eliminate existing problems encountered in
Sebill VB application. This application is a web based application using
ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server 2005. Sebill.NET provides one stable billing
engine, provides common feature/ functionality for all SFS markets and
allows standard reporting and Invoice presentation to clients

Project Synopsis: The Debt Rating Model generates the Baseline Obligor Risk
Ratings (ORR), which measures obligors' probability of default and is the
starting point in the credit risk rating process. This establishes a
consistent framework for financial analysis and risk assessment throughout
the larger Citigroup organization. This implements a framework for current
and future data collection, testing for accuracy and stability of risk
ratings and other analysis. The DRMs are statistically based credit risk
models. The DRM rating is based on financial, size and qualitative inputs,
via a regression equation. There are seventeen models based on region
(e.g., North America, Europe) and type of company (e.g., Commercial &
Industrial, Commercial Bank), each with a different algorithm. All these
models come under the one single interface client/server architecture, a
common shell to enter data and calculate Baseline ORRs. RRAU (Risk Rating
Analytics Unit) of Citigroup Risk Architecture is the Business Manager of
DRM application. The primary users of the DRM are credit analysts in the
businesses and, in some cases, the risk managers.
