Implemented first budgets in Company history, completing three budgets in seven months.

Directed the annual budget process from original business plan to final approval for two facilities.

Reconstructed 24 months of financial re cords in less than 2 months, with accuracy to obtain an unqualified

audit opinion.

Responsible for the cost report process for two Critical Access and two PPS hospitals.
