employee relations, performance feedback and follow up, leave
information, workers' compensation, internal
moves/promotions/demotions, payroll issues and questions, benefit
issues and questions, etc.
o Wrote and executed facility layoff, RIF, and call back policies and
procedures.
o Successfully negotiated through the State of Ohio Bureau of
Workers' Compensation Self-Insured Audit. Received a rating of
Satisfactory.
o Successfully negotiated through U. S. Department of Labor, Office
of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) audit. Data
reviewed by the Department of Labor was satisfactory and concluded
with a desk audit only.
o Created and executed RFP process with local temporary agencies and
negotiated contracts, billing rates, etc.
o Performed annual hourly wage compensation surveys with local
warehousing businesses.
o Created and executed annual hourly performance review system as
none existed prior to my tenure.
o Created and executed trainings and training rhythm for employees
