Oversaw all corporate tax compliance, accounting, and planning for federal
and state income/franchise taxes, sales & use taxes, property taxes, FAS

. Mapped an automated bridge from Oracle accounting software to
OneSource and implemented TaxStream software to minimize manual entry
and eliminate significant errors in deferred tax inventory that had
resulted in tax provisions being tagged with SOX deficiencies or
required restatements. Reduced time to enter trial balance from seven
months to one day and M-1 calculations from one month to automatic,
and identified $15M in prior year errors, the rectification of which
eliminated SOX deficiencies and produced accurate balances.
