eagle eye and aerostate system platform repair certified. Repair, modify,

align, and calibrate VOSS gyrocam optical camera system. Troubleshoot to

all board level and LRU components. Total breakdown of gyrocam gimbals,

harness repair and perform all testing to assess system operation. Perform

IR, color and night vision camera replacement, boresight calibration, lens

alignment, laser height calibration, back focus alignment and system

configuration. Repair total system of IFU, hand control unit (CCU), wiring

retrofit kits and software/firmware upgrade. Depot level troubleshoot and

motors. Replace servos, wire bundles as needed, repined connectors. Test

robots for proper video signaling, repair and calibrate transmitters and

of scheduled and unscheduled test equipment submitted to the laboratory. As

a senior technician, perform level IV calibration and repair down to the

component on RF signal generators, microwave test sets,

transmitter/receivers, TACAN, AC/DC, digital electronics, pneumatics

standards, wave digitizing systems. Troubleshoot equipment through

isolation of faulty areas verifying voltage/current, signal waveforms, i.e.

Remove malfunctioned component using proper extracting technique and

replace. Test for proper operations. Certified equipment specs using

proper quality assurance directives.

Troubleshot and repaired numerous type electronics equipment and test set.
