The career success enjoyed over the past years is based on the following: the ability to build
long-term relationships based on trust, to initiate sustainable improvements, and results. The
basis for the success is founded in the organizations established through the operating philosophy
built. Focusing on the highest personal and professional values in combination with the complete
dedication and loyalty to the organization. The concept draws on a common base of wide
experience, knowledge and skills, and share incredible discipline and focus Insisting the staff be
the best educated and trained in all disciplines while being balanced by the wisdom of common
sense and of real world experience. Concentrating on People, Plans, & Processes, have
developed organizations that are Fast, Flexible, Focused, and Friendly.
I have also developed value propositions addressing consolidations, operations, outsourcing and
infrastructure. Have led successful teams focused on Venture Capital Operations, Business
Process, Infrastructure Architecture, Strategic Outsourcing, Offshore Development/Vendor
Management and Program Management Office. My extensive experience in consolidating
operations for major corporations resulting from mergers and acquisitions has yielded very high
returns..
Effective management demands comprehensive information systems that have allowed my
clients to synchronize plans with their customers and suppliers, collaborate in real time both
inside and outside the enterprise, execute plans, adapt to a dynamic environment, and measure
performance to objectives. In real time both inside and outside the company, execute plans, adapt
to a dynamic environment, and measure performance to objectives which increase sales and
profits.
The organization process for getting things done has also been defined by myself at several
companies and has yielded excellent results in both small and large organizations. The major
impact for the new organization process is it manages high volumes of growth, defines for the
company the most effective systems the company should be working on.

JavaServer Pages technology (JSP files), and Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML)
files that you can manage as a unit. Combined, they perform a business logic function.
Environments
• Microsoft Windows 2000 operating system, on both Sun and IBM equipment. (See my
website for all the diverse technologies I have employed at numerous clients).
• SQL 2000 database
• 2 production data centers
• No single point of failure
• Redundant and diverse connectivity
• Regular security scanning and firewall review schedule and policy

The platform is designed in 3-tier architecture.
• First Tier -- Web user interface and front end functionality
• Second Tier -- A2A/middleware that directs transactions to the appropriate
application/database
• Third Tier -- Back end processing engine and databases
This architecture allows for ease of scalability, reuse of software components and segregation of
the physical database.
XML
Extensible Markup Language (XML) improves the functionality of its Web applications by
providing more flexible and adaptable information identification. XML makes it easy for a
system to generate data, read data and ensure that the data structure is unambiguous. It enables
the sharing of information in order to pass it between different computing systems that would
otherwise be unable to communicate.
