o Sarbanes Oxley 404 Leader. Directed initiative to design, develop and
achieve Sarbanes Oxley 404 compliance within a 6 month time frame,
including business transformation efforts to support optimized business
requirements and continued compliance with Section 404 for IT,
Accounting, Finance and HR, with zero spend on third party software.
Delivered methods and solutions are the foundation of showcase level
systems, policies and procedures associated with compliance, IT best
practice, business process; and on-going process, security and audit
standards.
o Managed Business Transformation, Enterprise Systems, SDLC initiatives,
and development of client support solutions related to the CFO and HR
