Central Depot Manager
Managed all leased computer systems for North American operation ($55M
budget, 3 direct reports) of multibillion-dollar Top Five accounting firm
with global client base. Negotiated vendor maintenance contracts, developed
and monitored budget, chaired strategic initiatives, and led process
oversight team.
o Reduced hardware delivery and installation turnaround time from 7 to 3
days by coordinating intranet ordering system development through
third-party programmer. Product became fully operational-from
conceptualization, development, testing, acceptance, and deployment-
