1 Network Equipment Providers (NEP’s) in the maintenance and expansion of their global communications networks.
Customer facing senior consultant responsible for providing full Lifecycle and Project Management services to
Ericsson North America relating to its acquisition of new network equipment requiring custom integration via
Oracle’s Solution Integration Center in Hillsboro, OR.
• Actively managed $12M - $16M annually (~75% of the total value of the account) in custom engineered
product, ranging from 1RU data servers to 42RU multi-rack solutions. Coordinated cross-functional team
including elements of Order Entry, Customer Service, Order Management, Customer Ready Systems
(manufacturing), and Operations.
• Provided end-to-end lifecycle management – from engagement of the customer to identify needs through
quotation, integration, and delivery as well as follow-on value add services involving the product road map,

• Restructured Sales & Marketing organization by creating a Standardized/Custom mix business plan,
overhauling Inside Sales by developing stronger more pro-active processes linking Sales and Operations, and
re-building the Sales staff.
• Implemented Location Based Inventory Control system to leverage capability existent within underutilized
ERP system. Program improved production kitting cycle time by ~ 800%.
• Established a Materials Handling Group, responsible for all aspects of Inventory Control and Management.
Initiative immediately reduced Inventory Adjustments by ~ 1,000%, saving the company an estimated $348,000,
on an annualized basis.
• Re-tooled planning to include Strategic Buying tasked with Vendor Management. Created and executed
plan to move the business onto a forecast basis via full MRP. Recruited the professional resources required to
implement plan.
• Implemented Flow, Cell, and Kanban manufacturing principles to Purchasing, Fabrication, and Final
Assembly areas of the plant. Combined initiatives improved manufacturing throughput by ~ 40%, while reducing
labor costs by ~ 43%.
• Implemented a targeted program for development of management and leadership skills in senior staff.
• Bottom line impact of all Kaizen and Lean-type initiatives was a 50% to 85% increase in weekly revenue
capacity – approximately $10.4M in potential additional revenue.
• Developed plan to relocate the business unit out of state and consolidate it with Divisional entity. Engaged
in identifying and institutionalizing key business processes for transfer while simultaneously maintaining both the
operation’s generation of revenue and its ability to remain effective.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, Inner Wireless, Inc. Richardson, TX 6/03 – 3/06
$50 million provider of indoor wireless systems, services, and applications for high-traffic public spaces, commercial office
buildings, enterprises, and campus environments.
Senior Operating Executive with full responsibility for facility manufacturing, warehouse operations, logistics,
materials management/planning, and inventory control. Developed and directed inventory control and product
distribution programs during a period of rapid growth. Coordinated buying, planning, and resource management
activities throughout the organization.
•Achieved the lowest inventory deviation/adjustment rate in company history (a 350% improvement over the
previous record @ 0.4%) during a period with the highest-ever inventory value (triple the previous largest
year); growing in excess of 54% (2004 to 2005).
•Maintained Level-of-Service for project site shipments at 99% accuracy with 100% on-time delivery.
•During long-term revenue growth in excess of 50%, maintained +96% first-pass yield, 100% final yield, and
2.5-day cycle time for complicated electronic assemblies.

ENGINEERING CONSULTANT, Inner Wireless, Inc. 11/01 - 6/03
Lead Engineering & Chief Technical Resource with functional responsibility for mechanical engineering,
manufacturing, and operational support. Managed programs from initial concept through design, specification,
testing, manufacturing workflow, and final client acceptance.
• Established comprehensive engineering and manufacturing process infrastructure, including a complete re-
