the funds, analyzing portfolio holdings and objectives to ensure

goals, objectives, and the messages of the funds were properly

communicated to both employees and clients. Conducted weekly market

and economic review meetings with staff to keep abreast of changing

economic conditions that may impact the holdings and/or performance of

the Legg Mason Funds. Developed a tiered wealth management program for

high net worth individuals which included customized asset allocation

models and individualized customer service within the direct channel.

Developed bonus-based incentive programs for Financial Advisors and

administrative staff to generate positive motivation, increase

productivity and produce results. The program was highly successful

and led to a 40% increase in assets.
