. Ran the direct distribution channel of the Legg Mason family of funds,

employees, including 20 Financial Advisors. Expanded the department
from an inbound call center exclusively for Legg Mason Funds to a full-
service direct brokerage distributing a variety of financial products
across the U.S. Evaluated funds, fund families, and managers for use
in client portfolios. Worked with the management and research staff of
the funds, analyzing portfolio holdings and objectives to ensure
goals, objectives, and the messages of the funds were properly
communicated to both employees and clients. Conducted weekly market
and economic review meetings with staff to keep abreast of changing
economic conditions that may impact the holdings and/or performance of
the Legg Mason Funds. Developed a tiered wealth management program for
high net worth individuals which included customized asset allocation
