resources in a 1,050 employee United Steel Workers of America steel
facility. Worked with management to interpret and implement a collective
bargaining agreement, plant-wide incentive program, drug/alcohol policy and
absenteeism/tardiness policy. Worked with management to determine better
ways to utilize workforce and create cost savings under the new collective
bargaining agreement. Held regular meetings with all salaried and hourly
employees to discuss changes associated with the new company. Constantly
communicated with management and union leadership in order to deal with day-
