Supply Chain Project Manager

This role was to lead a small development team in the rapid implementation

of a custom Demand Management solution to enable to Tempu-Pedic to move

from Monthly Planning to Weekly Planning which increased supply chain

responsiveness by 400%. The first go-live of this custom developed solution

was done in 4 months.

iBASEt - Melbourne Fl.

2005 - 2007

iBASEt is a leading provider of paperless Manufacturing Execution Systems

(MES) for the Aerospace and Defense industries. USA is a leading provider

of services for shuttle processing and launch to NASA. By implementing a

paperless MES enterprise system USA eliminated thousands of non-value

activities and have systems deployed that can support the effort to return

to the moon in the new Constellation program.

Project Manager Ground Operations

This role is to lead a project team to deploy in the firing room at Kennedy

Space Center a paperless MES for electronically managing the execution of

Ground Operations procedures during shuttle processing. Key activities

included requirements analysis, creation of solution architectures, process

design using lean methodology, project planning, team building, monitoring,

testing and deployment on one of the most complex process in the world.

Tyco Safety Products - Boca Raton, Fl.

2004 - 2005

Tyco Safety Products is a World Wide Leader in fire protection and

electronic security solutions. The implementation of Logility in the

Intrusion business unit resulted in approximately 2 Millions dollars of

reduction of the costs of goods sold.

Senior Manager ERP and Supply Chain

Responsibilities included the managing of 5 reports and projects ranging

from the Global Rollout of Demand Planning, Inventory Planning,

Transportation Management, improved EDI processes, new Distribution

Centers, new ERP implementations, and improved warehouse processes.

Kraft Foods - Gevalia Division, Tarrytown, NY.

2002 - 2004

Kraft is one of the leading international food products and services

companies in the world. The Gevalia division operates a global distribution

network to provide coffee products from Sweden and Premium products from

China/Asia to millions of customers. By implementing Manugistics Version

7.1 supply chain technology Gevalia significantly increased productivity

and customer service levels while reducing costs.

Program/Project Director - Supply Chain

This role's responsibilities included the implementation of the Manugistics

Fulfillment and Demand Planning solutions reducing the planning cycle

from 3 weeks to 3 days and creating the infrastructure to support strategic

growth initiatives Key activities included solution evaluation, business

consulting and process design, project planning, research and analysis, and

the hiring of key resources and project execution. This project required

diverse expertise due to very broad scope combined with a small but

talented team.

CHEP International - Orlando Fl.

2001 - 2002

CHEP international is the leading pallet and container-pooling provider in

the World with customers such as Walmart, Krogers, P&G and Best buys. Chep

operates an international distribution network to provide Just-in -time

leased pallets and containers. By recycling and reuse CHEP not only

generates savings to its customers but also has a positive impact on the

environment.

SCM Program Manager - Supply Chain

This role responsibility included the rapid record-breaking 5-month

implementation of the Manugistics (version 7.0) Master Planning, Demand

Planning and Transportation solutions generating a million dollars/months

in audited savings. Re-deployed and integrated with SAP for America's Go-

live. This also included the execution of program management key processes

such as change control, issue tracking, resource development and

interaction with all organization levels from executive management to

technical IT resources with overall responsibility for a team of 40 and a

budget of 15 million.

I2 Technologies - Melbourne Fl.

2000 - 2001

I2 Technologies is a leader in providing technology solutions for value

chain management, which include CRM, SCM, SRM and eBusiness. Over 40

billion dollars of value has been created from these solutions to date.

I2's CRM solution included Online Order Processing, Sales Configuration,

Personalized eMarketing, ePricing and eCommerce.

Principal Business Consultant - Consultant of the Year

Responsibilities included the rollout of I2's CRM solution to field sales

and required extremely strong presales skills including value assessments

and proposition generation, business analysis and discovery, product

positioning, presentations at the strategic and operational levels,

application modeling and demo creation, and sales cycle execution. Within

4 month of joining i2, participated in a business transformation strategy

at Caterpillar using I2's CRM & SCM solutions to provide a customer/dealer-

facing marketplace, which was expected to reduce costs by 100 million

within the first full year of operations. This generated over 40 million

dollars of sales revenue for I2. At Corporate Express as CRM Lead

Principal Presales Consultant, demonstrated how I2's CRM & SCM solutions

could replace existing in-house developed CRM solutions resulting in an

additional 10 million dollars of revenue. As a result of these achievements

I was the only I2 consultant to be invited to Presidents Club after just

six months.

Management software design to provide one face to the customer across all

In the role of product manager for Consilium's MES & SCM applications

prioritized, and committed six-month, one-year, and two-year product

roadmaps that were attractive to customers and attainable by development.

Mapped and prioritize product capabilities to a solution value framework

and establish differentiated positioning for this solution.

Principal Consultant

At Consilium achieved the reputation as one of the top experts specializing

in their High Tech (Workstream) and Process Industry Solution (FlowStream)

and the integration of enterprise systems and the rapid implementation of

advanced manufacturing and planning systems. Was also responsible for

Strategic Applications Director

At Harris Semiconductor, was responsible for a team of 12 that implemented

the global rollout of SCM (Factory Planner, Short Interval Scheduler and

Company Wide Planner) and plant floor systems (WorkStream) at 12

area/sites. This included sites throughout the United, Malaysia, Singapore

and Taiwan. This solution provided savings of 20 million dollars per year

and supported over a thousand users. For the Trident Missile Program,

transformed the operation from being 3 years behind schedule to a year

ahead of schedule in deliveries through the application of this technology.

Application Development Management Director for Engineering, Planning &

Automation Systems

Responsible for the development and rollout of new product lines for

manufacturing, advanced planning, scheduling and automation applications.
