Responsibilities:

. Develop and operate the Lab scale experimental set up for batch

adsorption of Kerosene and Diesel using silica and zeolite based sorbents

manufactured by Grace Davison.

. Develop and conduct Design of Experiments.

. Carrying out fuel analysis for sulphur and other elements using ultra

fluorescence method by exposing the samples to ultraviolet light.

. Characterise the adsorption capacity and

reaction kinetics of the treated sorbents.

. Conducting pilot plant production of ultra

clean kerosene by continuous adsorption on the

basis batch experiments.

. Write a technical report to Grace Davison about

the recommendation of treated sorbents

for desired fuel cell application.
