presentable

- Performing a monthly inventory which included “touching” every car on the lot

and documenting the full VIN #, miles, color, make and model of the vehicle on

paper and, once checked by business office, clear up any discrepancies or find

any missing vehicles.

- Cleaning sold units inside and out, making them ready for delivery.

- Print and install Kelly Blue Book stickers and Buyer’s Guides on all used

vehicles and price stickers based on the Used Car Managers marketing

guidelines.

- Stock in and enter vehicle information of used vehicles coming in from the

auction into the computer system and getting vehicles ready to go through the

shop for their safety checks.

- Keep lot cars clean and presentable.

- Constantly checking the lot vehicles to make sure all the info on the stickers is

accurate and fixing any discrepancies.

- Delivering new and used vehicles to other dealers for trades or purchases.

- Helping the service department with customer shuttles or car washes as

needed.

- Achievements while working at Stoneridge Motors include learning the used

vehicle side of an auto dealer, how to properly clean a vehicle using different

chemicals and learn what each chemical does, completing the certification tests

for Chrysler and Jeep to become a sales person and learn about the vehicles to

be able to help customers, making myself noticed while working in the service

department through hard work to have the Used Car Manager offer me a

significant raise to come work for him in the sales department.

way from the bottom and becoming manager in multiple departments. I started

washing cars for minimum wage then got a raise in three months while I helped

out Used Car Manager with the knowledge I had received from my previous job.

I then got promoted to detail manager. From there I went back to sales and

became the inventory manager and once again found myself doing a lot of the

Used Car Manager duties. From there I sold cars to learn even more of the

business. Received sales person of the month and then was promoted to Used

Car Manager. After a year I went into the service department as a service writer

to fill a much needed hole for the company and shortly after became the service

manager.

Responsibilities

customer with issues around their bill, phone, or rate plan.

- Using my tools provided to give accurate information in a timely manner and

providing the customer with the best options to better fit their lifestyle.

- Performed side by side feedback sessions as a member of Redmond’s Elite to

email’s for their coaches to put in the representatives performance manager.

- My achievements at T-Mobile include an over 97% average on my assessment

tests in training. Just one month out of training my stats were good enough to

achieve a bonus and to become part of the Redmond calls center’s “Elite”

program where I was able to mentor other representatives to help improve their

performance. The very next month I accomplished the same thing which is very

rare for a new hire to achieve. At of the end of the first quarter in 2010 I was

ranked #9 out of around 650 general care representatives in the call center.
