employees, setting and monitoring standards for managers, controlling a $25 million

inventory, managing a $6 million budget, overseeing outside production and

transportation contracts, coordinating product delivery schedules, interfacing with other

division heads, monitoring security procedures, maintaining facility, and implementing

HAZMAT and safety training.

Key Accomplishments:

• Restructured entire warehouse operations (at little or no cost to the company) to

optimize space and increase flow. As a result, order processing efficiency improved

by 400%

• Coordinated with IT department in the implementation of RF scan system and Bin

Location system, which greatly improved organization and doubled the speed of

picking

• Purchased new equipment and machinery for increased warehouse volume

• Developed and launched a system to manage charge backs, saving thousands of

dollars
