Advise military members on individual training progress and provide
counsel. Verify completion of training requirements and recommend military
members for training upgrades and/or promotions. Utilize Training Business
Area (a web-based database program) to maintain on the job training, and
personnel programs (CDSAR and MILPDS) to manage personnel actions and
assignments. Prepare and maintain records, files, and training materials.

Force Trainers Course which prepares supervisors/trainers to teach
